Restaurant Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our Indian cuisine restaurant at V&V Foods and Hospitality Limited. The successful candidate will lead and support the service team to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily restaurant operations and staff activities.
- Maintain high standards of food service, hygiene, and cleanliness.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Manage staff schedules and assist in achieving operational and sales targets.
Requirements:
- Previous supervisory experience in a restaurant environment.
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine and dining service preferred.
- Strong leadership and customer service skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and team management abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
