Job Description
Position Overview: As a Sales Assistant at The Entertainer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a delightful shopping experience.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service by prioritizing customer needs over tasks.
- Accurately and efficiently process sales transactions at the till points.
- Engage with customers to encourage add-on sales.
- Handle and accept store deliveries safely and responsibly.
- Maintain the organization of stock room areas.
Work Schedule: This is a temporary 12-hour contract role, requiring 4-hour shifts over 3 days within our 7-day operating schedule. Flexibility in working hours is essential.
