Job Description
Position: Sales Assistant
As a Sales Assistant, you will help create an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. This permanent role requires a confident, approachable, and hardworking individual to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Engage customers at the point of sale.
- Assist in processing sales accurately and efficiently.
- Encourage add-on sales where appropriate.
- Maintain merchandising standards both in-store and in the warehouse.
- Handle deliveries and stock management.
Our stores operate seven days a week. You will work on a 12-hour contract, typically comprising four-hour shifts over three days. Flexibility in your schedule is essential, especially during busy periods like Christmas.
