Senior Corporate Governance Officer - 30908

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic Senior Corporate Governance Officer to support the line manager and the team to provide ongoing corporate governance administration and support to their worldwide clients and in-house companies to ensure efficient and compliant operations and a reduction to corporate risk. As a Senior Corporate Governance Officer, you will work closely with all areas of the business to assist in a variety of administration, secretarial and regulatory matters. You will be working as part of a specialised team in a busy and growing department where the delivery of high-quality service and administrative solutions is key. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working and organised individual. A minimum of 3 years' work experience in a similar administrative role is preferable and have the ability to be flexible and work effectively as part of a team.
