Senior Health Care Assistants

Summerhill View Care Home are looking for Senior Health Care Assistants to be responsible for providing high quality care to Service Users, in-line with the highest regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities include;- To work as part of a care team. Promoting and Safeguarding the welfare of Service Users. Reviewing progress of care with the Service User, reporting any signs of deterioration in physical or mental health appropriately. Follow policies and procedures to maintain the highest standards of Infection Prevention and Control. Measuring effectiveness of Service Users' Care Plan(s) with interdisciplinary team; providing care improvement recommendations when required. To carry out tasks in a way that will demonstrate respect for dignity and privacy of Service Users, irrespective of the severity of disability or personal circumstances. Undertake any tasks that have been identified within the Care Plan(s). Oversee the care that Health Care Assistants are providing, and addressing any performance issues with the Registered Nurses and/or the Deputy/Registered Manager.
