Job Description
Our client seeks a Senior Onboarding Administrator to join their team. RoleProfile: As a Senior Onboarding Administrator, you will provide administrationassistance and dedicated support to the Onboarding Team. Key Responsibilities:Assisting the team with the new client onboarding process; Assisting the teamwith preparing periodic file reviews and risk assessments for existing clients;Assisting the team with the trigger event process; Assisting the team to dealwith client due diligence on a risk-based approach; Reviewing and matchingpotential screening hits; Assisting the team with client closure requests;Assisting with collation of information for external banking reviews; Assistingto maintain departmental control spreadsheets; Assisting with the preparationand maintenance of departmental procedure manuals, policies and associateddocumentation; Ensuring knowledge of AML/CFT is always up-to-date with recentdevelopments and changes to legislation; Liaising with the administration teamsand compliance team; Assisting with the delivery of any change initiatives orprojects impacting the business; Key Skills and Experience:5 GCSEs or equivalentat grade C or above. Have or working towards a relevant compliancecertification3 to 5 years office experience within a similar role. Good workingknowledge of AML/CFT legislation. A working knowledge of CCH, Laserfiche andViewPoint would be an advantage but not essential. Attention to detail andaccuracy. Understanding of AML/CFT legislation. Able to work under pressure andto strict deadlines. Strong communication skills. Able to work on own initiative& with minimal supervision.
