Passionate about supporting the health and wellbeing of children and families?

As an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Practitioner - School Nurse, you’ll join a friendly and supportive team within the Integrated Women, Children and Families Care Group on the beautiful Isle of Man.

You will work in partnership with multi-professional agencies and assess the health and well-being needs of children and families, either in the school, clinic or home environment by developing and delivering a plan of care to address identified needs.

Housing Assistance is also available where the Department will pay the difference between your current mortgage/rent bill, and that of your new accommodation on the Isle of Man, up to a maximum of £250 per month.
