The Crown Dependencies is looking for a Senior Consultant who specializes in
project management to drive the programme management office and service delivery
of engagements. This role involves direct collaboration with senior leadership
and clients across the various industries and broader KPMG Islands Group,
addressing critical challenges and enhancing service levels. Accountabilities:
Lead day-to-day project management of engagements, ensuring alignment with
strategic objectives and delivery within scope, budget and timeline Support
project planning including work breakdown structures, dependency management,
baselining and critical path. Coordinate with workstream leads and project
managers to foster synergies across multi-disciplinary project teams and enable
cross-functional collaboration. Engage with senior stakeholders and project
sponsors up to C-suite level, to develop strong relationships and to drive
alignment and decision-making on engagement initiatives. Identify appropriate
project management approaches flexing between waterfall, agile and hybrid
approaches as required. Utilise knowledge of best practice (including 3PM,
agile, change management and value management) and project delivery tools in the
delivery of the engagement. Design and deliver presentations and workshops in
physical, virtual and hybrid formats. Monitor and report on key project metrics
such as programme status, budget, risks, resource allocation, lessons learned,
quality assurance and performance metrics to engagement leads and client
stakeholders. Deliver ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required.
Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business,
Management, Operations, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field; with
outstanding academic credentials. Lean/Continuous Improvement experience is
considered an asset. Experience working in a consulting environment is an added
advantage. Highly experienced in project planning and managing large scale,
complex transformation programmes. Significant experience in a consulting role
focusing on strategic, people, process and/or technology transformation and
working on priority capability/connected business propositions. Experienced
facilitator with experience of the design and facilitation of physical and
virtual workshops, events and training sessions. Candidate Requirements: We are
