Senior Support Worker

We are looking for compassionate and driven Senior Support Workers to join the team at Autism Initiatives. The successful candidates will demonstrate integrity, compassion, and a real commitment to working with Autism Initiatives and the people we support as we continue to progress our outreach, supported living, and residential services. You will be required to lead a team of Support Workers and assist the Service Manager in achieving goals in your service, ensuring the team is working to their best ability and our supported individuals are thriving.
