We are looking for a Senior Support Worker with a passion for supporting individuals with Autism. You will play a key role in our team, providing guidance and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and mentor team members, ensuring high-quality support for our service users.
• Help service users achieve their goals through personalised support.
• Oversee systems related to support planning and health and safety compliance.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated commitment to working with individuals with Autism.
• Ability to work on a rota, including nights and weekends, as needed.
