Senior Tax Manager

Our client seeks a Tax Manager to join their team. Role Profile: Dealing with Tax compliance including all regulatory reporting and providing guidance relating to UK, IoM, Irish and BVI tax matters Key Responsibilities: UK IHT implications guidance to clients and Trustees. De-enveloping, liquidations and restructuring tax guidance. ATED returns. UK Corporation tax returns and liaison with HMRCIOM Corporation tax returns and liaison with Income Tax. Economic substance returns-B.V.I New business, Trigger events TECF preparation. CRS and FATCA reporting. CRS classification forms for opening accounts with financial institutions or to update details guidance. Loan charge- appeals. VAT Compliance overview (advantageous)Financial statements reviews (advantageous)Leading, Managing and developing tax and accounting team Requirements: Working in a similar role/environment is desirable having already obtained or working towards an industry recognised professional tax qualification.
