Position Overview: Join Argon Business Systems Limited as a Senior Technical Consultant (3rd Line). You will serve as an escalation point for technical issues that first and second line teams cannot solve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on support with infrastructure management, patching, and software updates.
- Participate in projects for onboarding new clients and enhancing infrastructure.
- Support customers while actively shaping how services operate and evolve.
Requirements: Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure services, and supporting both cloud and hybrid environments is essential.
