Service Manager

We are seeking enthusiastic and dynamic Service Managers who have the drive and passion to develop a service and lead a team to success. You will lead and motivate the team to develop the overall quality of the service including individualised approaches, outcome focused support planning, contract management, finance, health and safety and staffing. The successful candidate will provide regular supervisions, guidance and direction to the team. To be successful in this role, you will have the ability to deliver a highly personalised service to adults with a diagnosis of ASC and actively encourage community access for service users and enable active participation in a variety of activities to increase their independence and live as a valued member of the community. You will have experience in working in a Health and Social Care setting, and be able to evidence your contribution to positive outcomes for service users and your ability to fulfil this important role. Ideally you will hold a Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification, or, you will be required to obtain this qualification on appointment.
