Setter Operator

Kiartys Engineering is an IOM supplier of high-precision machined components for the Energy, Aerospace, Medical and Off-shore industries around the world. Our Ramsey site is setting up a brand-new manufacturing cell and is currently looking to recruit additional 3 capable Setter/Operators. The chosen candidates will be required to work across 3 rotating shifts.We offer: Hourly rates of pay that are benchmarked to remain competitive within the IOM Engineering sector. Shift rate and overtime rates that are also competitive within the IOM Engineering sector. Company Pension Scheme. Life Insurance. Private Medical Insurance. 32 days annual leave and onsite parking. Main Duties: Operating of multi-axis Genos CNC Millturning machines, Mitutoyo CMM and Sunnen Honing machines. Skills and Experience: Basic Engineering knowledge is vital. Experience operating and setting CNC milling machines is desirable but candidates with a manufacturing background, an understanding of dimensional tolerances and usage of inspection equipment will also be considered.
