As our team expands, we're looking for a motivated individual who's ready to take on more responsibility while still remaining hands-on with day-to-day site work. Role Overview: This role is ideal for an experienced labourer or groundworker looking to move into a leadership position. As a Working Foreman, you'll take the lead on site while continuing to work alongside the team setting the pace, maintaining quality, and supporting the smooth delivery of each project. You'll be trusted to manage people and materials while staying closely involved in the work itself. Key Responsibilities: Lead and motivate site operatives by working alongside them on active construction tasks. Carry out a range of site duties including groundworks, drainage and general labour. Manage site activities day to day, ensuring work is completed safely and to specification. Coordinate materials, deliveries, and subcontractors as needed. Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and productivity. Report progress and issues to management. Ideal Candidate: Strong background in groundworks, civils, or general site labour. Keen to step into a leadership role and take more responsibility. Able to take direction and give direction with equal confidence. Organised, proactive, and reliable. Driving licence essential.
