Join our hardworking team at Sweetbriar as a Social Care Worker, where you will ensure a high quality, person centred service is being delivered to service users.

Sweetbriar is a 16 bedded Residential Home in the east of the Island. The aim of our home is to provide service users with a fulfilled life, enabling them to live as independently as possible with privacy, dignity and the opportunity to make their own choices and decisions within a care home setting.

Within this role, you will be required to work shifts, including night shifts, on a rotational basis.
