About the role
Would you love to make a difference in the lives of older people living with dementia? We're looking for a compassionate and dedicated Social Care Worker to join our friendly and supportive team at Reayrt Skyal in Ramsey. In this rewarding role, you’ll provide high-quality, person-centred care and respond to residents’ individual needs on a daily basis.
Your day-to-day duties will include supporting and engaging with residents during mealtimes, escorting them to appointments, assisting with activities, completing care plans and risk assessments, and helping with daily routines such as getting up, going to bed, personal care, and bathing.
You don’t need any formal qualifications to apply, and we'll provide comprehensive on-the-job training. If you'd like to join our busy, homely environment where care and teamwork come first, this could be the perfect role for you!
