Social Club Team Leader

Crossroads Social Club supports adults with care needs in a social setting. We are seeking a positive and capable Team Leader to:

• Lead, support, and supervise a team of care practitioners.
• Delegate activities, roles, and responsibilities as necessary.
• Engage in hands-on support and assistance as required.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
• Experience working with adults with disabilities.
• Ability to follow and enforce policies and procedures.
• Strong communication skills and professional relationship management.
• Driving license.
