Sous Chef

Position: Sous Chef

Summerhill View Care Home is searching for a Sous Chef to handle food preparation and assist in daily kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients and simple dishes as directed by the Chef.
• Clean and maintain workstations and kitchen equipment.
• Restock supplies following the Chef's guidelines.

The Sous Chef will often cover for the Chef in their absence.
