The Manx Curry Club is searching for a Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in kitchen operations and maintain high standards of food service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook authentic Indian dishes
- Supervise kitchen staff, providing training and feedback
- Maintain food quality and presentation standards
- Assist with menu development and recipe standardization
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations
