Working with Crema Limited within our Starbucks brand is about so much more than just serving coffee as our recipe for success is passion for our customers, product and community as well as for our team members. Crema Limited is a fast­-growing Starbucks franchise, with our first Drive Thru opened in 2022 and plenty more exciting opportunities on the horizon. We are looking to add to our team of Baristas, with roles available covering both of our sites. Both part time and full time applicants considered. The role will cover all workdays, including the busy weekends and evenings, so flexibility on availability is key. As a Barista you create the Starbucks Experience for our customers by providing great quality beverages and products, served quickly with world class customer service in a clean and comfortable store environment. Knowledge and passion about coffee is beneficial, but not key, whilst applicants should have experience of working in retail, food and beverage or hospitality with a proven ability to work effectively in a fast-­paced industry and being able to handle pressure well.
