Join Holland & Barrett as a Supervisor and play a vital role in creating an exceptional store experience. This permanent position is located on Strand Street, Douglas, Isle of Man, with a part-time commitment of 30 hours per week at £14.52 per hour.

• Lead by example, supporting the Store Manager in delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Coach and develop team members to enhance confidence and product knowledge.
• Complete Qualified to Advise training to offer trusted wellness guidance.
• Drive sales, stock availability, visual merchandising, and operational excellence.
• Create a positive and inclusive environment for both colleagues and customers.
