Support Worker

We are looking for compassionate and driven Support Workers to join the team at Autism Initiatives. The successful candidate will demonstrate integrity, compassion, and a real commitment to working with Autism Initiatives and the people we support as we continue to progress our residential, supported living and community outreach services. If you have the desire to help the team achieve the best outcomes for the people we support then we want to hear from you. Experience and a level 3 QCF/RQF within this sector is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided. This position offers candidates enrolment on a RQF level 3 qualification.
