Support worker & Waking night support worker

Full time Support worker and Waking Night Support worker roles currently available due to expansion of our service. We can offer, contracted 37.5 hours per week, excellent rates of pay, 25 days annual leave plus any bank holidays worked. 6 week rolling rota (issued 2 months in advance). Excellent training opportunities. A great work environment with a fantastic team. If successful, the candidate will need to have a DBS check completed by Viva Heights and two satisfactory references prior to starting work. A full induction will be given and a period of shadowing will be offered as part of a 6 month probation period. The day support worker shifts are typically: Late sleep early = 12:00 - 22:00 - sleep at service then 08:00 - 14:00 Early day = 08:00 - 16:00 Late day = 12:00 - 20:00 Day shift = 10:00 -18:00 We also have waking night shifts which are: 20:00 - 08:00. Four nights on and fours nights off rolling equalling to approx 42 hours per week. The hourly rate for support workers is £12.40 per hour and sleep in shifts are paid additionally at £50 per night. Breaks are usually allocated at the start of shift and taken around the needs of residents.
