As a Team Leader for our client, you will play a crucial role in driving a high-performance culture within your team in all aspects of your work. You will support team members through regular performance check-ins, contribute to objective-setting, and foster a culture of recognition and continuous development. You will work closely with the Manager to manage both performance and absence issues, while also ensuring the team meets its objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs). The ideal candidate will have a strong life assurance / financial services background.
