Are you a natural leader with experience in a supervisory role in a high street retail environment? We are looking for a Team Leader to guide our staff and ensure top-notch service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team in a fast-paced retail setting.
- Understand and drive retail Key Performance Indicators such as sales, profit, and customer service.
- Assist team members in developing their skills.
- Participate in providing piercing services for customers (training will be provided).
