What's the Role: Temporary Team Leader - 6 Months with Possibility of Extension . What It Takes: An important part of the staff role is to support the needs of individuals through the ethos and values of Praxis Care. So the ability to be resilient, to communicate effectively and to utilise a variety of communication tools is essential. Our dedicated staff team support our individuals to learn and develop their skills to aid in their independence. Each staff member has something to bring to the role and we encourage staff to use their humour and sense of fun and creativity in supporting our individuals with day to day life. Where You Would Work: Douglas Mental Health Service | Isle of Man Our Douglas Mental Health Service provides tailored support and interventions for a range of adults aged 18-65 with mental health diagnoses. We support individuals in their own homes, whether in Douglas or around the Island to transition into independent living. There is a wrap-around package of care and support developed specifically for them and flexible to their changing needs. We work in partnership with our community partners to support daily living skills, social inclusion and increasing confidence and opportunity.
