Trainee Technical Specialist

We are looking to recruit a Trainee Technical Support Technician who, under the support and guidance of the OV technical team, will gradually build technical knowledge and understanding to a level where there is they can deal with technical support and operational network and service related issues, be able to handle customer service delivery requests, and successfully undertake delegated project assignments. The role will involve them regularly being the the first touchpoint for customer service support requests where it is essential that customers has a positive experience, and are kept informed of progress of their requests and issues. The vacancy will take workload of more senior people within the OV Technical Team and release them to take on more technically challenging tasks involved in growing the OV business.
