Role Overview: The Volunteer Coordinator is essential for the operational success of Isle Stand Up to Suicide (ISUTS). This position ensures the effective running of the charity's volunteer-led services and training activities focused on suicide prevention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage volunteer schedules and activities.
• Oversee onboarding and compliance processes for new volunteers.
• Facilitate communication and training administration for volunteers.
• Provide operational support to maintain high standards in QPR suicide prevention training and telephone support services.
• Act as the primary point of contact for volunteers, ensuring their needs are addressed.
• Support the charity's governance, safeguarding, and confidentiality commitments.
