About the role
Ready to be first line management for the vital Government fleet?
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Workshop Supervisor to join our Shared Fleet Services team within the Isle of Man Government. You'll help oversee the maintenance and repair of over 2,000 vehicles and plant assets - ensuring everything from fire appliances to specialised machinery stays safe, compliant, and operational.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you’ll support staff development, manage workshop safety, and help deliver an essential 24/7 service. If you have hands-on experience in fleet maintenance, strong organisational skills, and a passion for high standards, we’d love to hear from you!
