About the role
Do you have a passion for working with young people and creating fun, engaging activities?
We’re looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Youth Workers to join our team on Fridays for just two hours. In this role, you will be the
Youth Worker in
Charge, taking the lead in planning and directing activities that are both engaging and fun for the club members. You’ll work closely with them to develop activities that are relevant and exciting for their ever-changing interests and needs.You’ll also be managing a small team, guiding them to deliver high-quality sessions and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Your role will involve supporting the recruitment and retention of Assistant Youth Workers, helping to create a positive, welcoming environment. There are plenty of activities, including arts and crafts, cookery, indoor and outdoor sports, and local visits, providing endless opportunities for fun and engagement.
If you enjoy spending time with young people, encouraging them to express themselves, and creating memorable experiences through games, conversation, and activities, this could be the perfect fit for you.
