Job Description
Our client is looking for a Senior Administrator to join their Client Services
department, where you will be instrumental in maintaining the highest standards
of client relationship management and supporting team members under the guidance
of the Client Services Associate Director. In this role, you will manage a
portfolio of client companies and trusts, oversee investments, prepare minutes
and resolutions, and ensure the timely completion of annual or biannual reviews
and risk assessments. Your duties will also include handling client bank
accounts, statutory filings, and financial transactions such as dividends and
loans, while maintaining accurate records and contributing to various projects.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in financial
services administration, exceptional organisational skills, a solid
understanding of client service delivery, and the ability to manage operational
risks effectively. Proficiency in regulatory requirements and a dedication to
continuous professional development are crucial. Success in this role will be
measured by client retention, meeting utilisation targets, effective workload
