Job Description
Our client seeks an Accounts Assistant to join their team. Role Profile:Day to
day operation of the Accounts Department, handling administrative and accounting
duties for management. The Accounts Department consists of a small team
reporting to the Chief Accountant (CA). Key Responsibilities: Operation of the
Sales ledger including invoicing, debt collection, banking, etc. Operation of
the Purchase ledger including processing invoices, payments, etc.Daily bank
reconciliations.Administration of credit cards payments / receipts.Ad hoc
administrative tasks as required by Management.Weekly reporting to Management
[ad-hoc to cover CA leave].Management of petty cash, including monthly
reconciliations.Invoicing renewals / recurring services.Telephone
queries.Administration of the NIC.im TLD registry.Customer Domain name
management. Key Skills and Experience:Studying for ACCA or CAT [desirable, but
not essential].Relevant experience in an office environment [several years].High
level of written and oral communication skills.Good telephone manner.Highly
organised and able to work on own initiative to complete the range of tasks
required.Able to work as part of a team and capable of working within both
