Job Description
Our client seeks a Temporary Administration Assistant to join their team. Key
Responsibilities: Work in the reception area which involves answering telephone
calls and dealing with visitors.Be aware of and comply with policies and
procedures relating to child protection, health, safety and security and
confidentiality, reporting all concerns to an appropriate person.Under guidance,
assist in the processing of requisitions. Assist in the collection of monies.To
assist in the organisation and preparation of events.Monitor stock and supplies,
cataloguing as required.Maintain electronic and paper records, information and
data, producing reports as requested. Assist with First Aid and medical issues
(after training has been undertaken). Photocopying/Repro graphics - to produce
copies of documents by using the photocopiers. Key Skills & Experience: Good
keyboard skills.Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Package especially
Word and Excel.Understanding of working on computerised record systems.Good
interpersonal skills as demonstrated by the ability to deal with tact and
confidence when dealing with people at all levels.Discretion when dealing with
confidential material.The post holder should have or be willing to undertake 1st
