Job Description

Our client seeks an Administrator to join the family office team Role Profile:You will work as part of a Client Workgroup within the Family Office team in theIsle of Man and will deal with all aspects of administration ofmulti-jurisdictional trusts and companies always ensuring excellent clientservice. Personal Development Plans will be agreed on an annual basis. Trainingwill be provided as necessary. This role involves close and regular interactionwith all members of the Family Office Client Support Team, Banking andCompliance department as well as Directors/Senior Management of Family Officeand external clients and business contacts. Key Responsibilities: Administer theformation of trusts and the incorporation of companies Liaise with clients,professional advisors and other third parties Prepare documents in relation totransactions, including minutes and resolutions Open and maintain bank accounts,including payment instructions, reviewing, and filing bank statements Maintaincompany and trust records, including due diligence, in line procedures and AMLregulations Arranging, investment reviews for both trusts and companies andinterpreting the outcomes and actions ensuring any requirements are implementedDemonstrate technical knowledge and understanding of transactions demonstratingcommercial acumen Perform all aspects of company and trust administrationRecognise and contribute to the mitigation of risk, ensuring compliance withlegal and regulatory requirements Contribute to the achievement of the team'sKey Performance Indicators Participate in ad hoc projects as required Maintainaccurate timesheets daily. Key skills and Experience: Have a minimum of 2 years'recent experience in the administration of trusts and international companiesEducated to at least GCSE level or equivalent Already studying or be willing tostudy, STEP or ICSA Experience of working in a similar role, supportingdifferent businesses with different competing objectives Good understanding ofFamily Office and HNW / UHNW market Good understanding of associated regulatoryrequirements Proactive, self-starter, able to think and work independentlyExcellent problem solver Well organised with flexibility in working situationsAble to work independently as well as part of a team Excellent written andverbal communication skills with attention to detail.
