Care Practitioner

Crossroads is seeking versatile Care Practitioners to provide support in various settings. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting clients in group, community, or home settings
• Driving to clients as needs vary across the island
• Working flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, and weekends

Experience is preferred but not essential; we offer training. Full-time and part-time contracts are available. An enhanced DBS check will be required. Contact us to apply!
