Job Description
As a Community Support Worker in the South of the Isle, you will support individuals in their own homes with day-to-day needs, including:
- Personal care and medication support.
- Meal preparation and companionship.
- Light domestic duties to help clients maintain their independence.
We are looking for compassionate and reliable individuals who can work independently as well as part of a team. While previous care experience is a plus, training will be provided. A clean driving license and access to a car are necessary. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, is required.
