Job Description

Our client seeks a Contact Centre Customer Service Senior Admin to join their team. Key Responsibilities: Respond to a variety of general 'cradle to grave' customer and IFA requests via telephone and e-mail including policy information, valuations, and transaction history. Action customer and IFA requests on first contact where possible. Production of quotations. Make proactive customer calls ahead of maturity. Action Letter of Authority requests. Production of IFA reporting as requested. Allocation of customer and IFA requests to back office teams to process where required. Key Skills and Experience: Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Experience of delivering excellent customer service. Good numerical skills.
