Overview: We seek a Head of Operations to lead our residential and supported living services for adults with disabilities. This full-time position is based in the Isle of Man.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage care plans that uphold dignity and respect for clients.
• Provide effective leadership and manage staff performance.
• Oversee budget management and participate in project developments.

Requirements:

• Experience in a leadership role, preferably in healthcare or social services.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
