Managing Director - Isle of Man

Reporting to the Group CEO, the Managing Director of Prospero Facilities Services will be based in the Isle of Man with responsibility for leading the overall strategic direction, growth and operational management of the company. This role involves overseeing the delivery of high-quality facilities management services, including maintenance, cleaning, security and additional support services to a diverse range of clients. As a Managing Director, strategic leadership plays a central role in developing and implementing the company's strategic plan, ensuring that it aligns with the overall mission and long-term objectives. A key focus is on business development, where identifying and pursuing new opportunities in target markets is essential. This involves building and nurturing key partnerships to enhance the company's market presence and drive revenue growth through proactive sales initiatives and innovative strategies. Financial management is also a critical aspect of the role, which entails overseeing the company's financial performance and ensuring that financial goals are met. This includes managing key financial processes such as budgeting, forecasting and reporting to provide accurate insights that inform decision making. Additionally, operational oversight is essential, as it requires the implementation of cost-effective management strategies to optimize expenses without compromising quality.
