Role: The overall role is Client Relationship Management (CRM) system management
and roadmap development including stakeholder engagement and reporting. Duties
and Responsibilities: Manage daily queries and enquiries from internal and
external stakeholders. Liaising with finance to fill data gaps for lost revenue.
Supporting the global intermediary programme. Creating and enhancing dashboards.
Email marketing lists and support with campaigns. Deliver and roll out the CRM
development plan in line with the business and divisional strategy plans and
requirements. Pipeline and new business management. Creation of tailored
dashboards for the Funds, Corporate and Private Wealth Divisions. Support the
Business Development team with business development activity assisting them to
grow a high-quality pipeline. Support the intermediary programme (roughly 50% of
role for the next six months). Manage and deliver accurate and timely business
development reporting. Provide CRM support and undertake action tasks in line
with the Group's M&A activity and integration plans. Working with the Academy,
and independently, provide CRM training across the group. Skills and
Requirements: Funds, corporate and private wealth knowledge would be an
advantage. Experience in using social media, content management systems and
design software. Experience of working with agencies and event suppliers. Keen
aesthetic eye for all things 'brand'. An ability to work effectively in a team
and support colleagues. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively build key
working relationships at all levels. A 'can do' attitude and solutions driven.
Experience with data tracking and analysis. Proven organisational proficiency
and the ability to manage and deliver to strict deadlines within budget
