Our client seeks a Qualified Audit Manager Role Profile:This is an exciting time to join a smaller practice with true flexibility to manage your own portfolio of clients and time. As a Qualified Accountant with a focus on audit, you'll be a key player in ensuring the accuracy of financial statements for a diverse client base. Key Responsibilities:Lead and conduct audit engagements for various clients, ensuring compliance with audit and accounting standards.Work with clients, offering insights into their business processes and financial situation.Perform risk assessments and prepare audit plans.Reviewing financial statements.Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices. Key Skills and Experience:ACA, ACCA, or equivalent accounting qualification.Previous experience in audit engagements within an accountancy practice.Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and auditing standards.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. This role would suit someone that is not coming straight from a BIG4 and understands the workings of a smaller or mid-tier practice.
