These are limited-term appointments, commencing September 2026 and ending August 2027.
About the role
As a Registered Nurse within our District Nursing Team, you’ll deliver skilled, evidence based care to patients with complex needs in their homes, residential and other community settings. Whist working both independently and alongside a multi-disciplinary team, you’ll assess, plan and implement personalised care, that supports independence and helps prevent avoidable hospital admissions.
