Registered Nurses

Summerhill View Care Home are looking for Registered Nurses to be responsible for providing high quality care to Service Users, in-line with the highest regulatory standards. Reporting to the Deputy/Registered Manager, Registered Nurses will also be responsible for overseeing the care provided by our Health Care Assistants. Key Responsibilities include;- Assessing, planning and evaluating care needs or the provision of care. To oversee and deliver high quality care. Act as a leadership role model for junior members of staff. Adhere to high standards of clinical and non-clinical practice. To ensure that relevant documentation is maintained in a comprehensive manner. To undertake and be accountable for tasks relating to medication administration, in-line with own training/competency and Company policy. To be aware of any deterioration in physical and mental health of a Service User, and oversee management of this effectively.
