Senior Care Assistant

Based in Ramsey, Sapphire Care are seeking an experienced individual to help support our colleagues provide quality person centered care to our residents in our residential homes. The ideal candidates should have a minimum of 2 years care experience, preferably in a supervisory role, and hold a RQF 3 or equivalent, or be studying for this qualification. The role will include: Providing care, arranging and attending care review meetings, conducting pre-assessments with future potential clients. Mentoring new employees and introducing them to the workplace. Conducting regular supervision sessions with members of your team. Developing care plans and assessments for new service users using the electronic system. Having good communication and IT skills is also essential This post offers a regular shift pattern, with alternative weekends off.
