Senior Care Practitioner

We are delighted to advise of the following vacancies that have arisen for the positions of Senior Care Practitioners at Springfield Grange Nursing Home. Positions are available on day and night duty on a full time basis 35 or 40 hours per week. This is a senior position and successful candidates must hold QCF / RQF Level 3 in health and social care or equivalent or working towards it and will be responsible for the management of his / her team delegating, supervising and co-ordinating the work of other staff within the wing. Monitoring residents conditions and responding accordingly, seeking assistance for advice from the registered nurse. Participating in the setting of standards of care with staff, then promote and ensure high standards of care is delivered. Participating in the safe custody, ordering, administrating and recording of medications within the company policy. The position requires an enhanced DBS Check which is paid by the company.
