Health Care Assistants

Summerhill View Care Home are looking for Health Care Assistants to be responsible for providing high quality care to Service Users, in-line with the highest regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities include;- To work as part of a care team. Promoting and Safeguarding the welfare of Service Users. Reviewing progress of care with the Service User, and reporting any signs of deterioration in physical or mental health appropriately. To carry out tasks in a way that will demonstrate respect for dignity and privacy of Service Users, irrespective of the severity of disability or person circumstances. Follow policies and procedures to maintain the highest standards of Infection Prevention and Control. To respect the rights and choices of all Service Users. To undertake any tasks that have been identified in the Care Plan(s).
