Our client is seeking a Senior Customer Service Administrator on a permanentfull-time basis. In this role you will be an active and positive team memberfocused on providing the best possible customer experience within the CustomerContact area. You will also agree quality standard of processes and contributetowards successful delivery, engage and collaborate with peers across both theInternational Business and the wider group to ensure that experiences andsuccesses are shared in order to break down silos and support the positivecustomer journey throughout all areas of the business. Candidates should have aminimum 5 A* - C / 9 - 4 Grade GCSEs (including English and Math) or equivalentand be a strong team player who is able to work with limited supervision.
