Senior Product Manager

Feel Connected to the future at Sure by joining the Consumer team as a Senior Product Manager - Mobile in either Guernsey, Jersey or the Isle of Man working 37.5 hours per week, on a temporary 6 month contract basis. To drive the role forward, the individual will be responsible for select mobile services across our markets, delivering world class customer experience, growing market share and net revenues. The successful postholder will oversee the complete product lifecycle in the Channel Islands and Isle of Man, focusing on increasing both new and existing revenue in the highly competitive consumer and SME markets. This role will involve working with commercial, technology, customer experience and regulatory teams and will develop 5 year plans, annual operating plans and forecasts for your product sets and key customer segments.
