Job Description

Our client seeks a Supplier Services Coordinator to join their team on a 6-monthFixed Term Contract. Role Profile: To support & service internal stakeholders &external suppliers on Procurement tools & processes, both SA & AR; creatingrequests on Procurement platform & redirecting discipline-specific queries tothe appropriate Procurement team ensuring queries are resolved within agreedSLA. To train internal stakeholders & external suppliers on Procurementprocesses & practices ensuring all users of Procurement services areknowledgeable & able to effectively source Goods and/or Services. KeyResponsibilities: Obtain financial statements and perform a Financial stabilityassessment. Share polices with third parties . Facilitation of the completion ofBCM. Assist BU in the completion of Needs assessment for all Low and Mediumsuppliers. Document performance review, service review and annual reviews.Assist NFR in the end to end completion of supplier on Aravo. Key Skills andExperience: Diploma Purchasing and Procurement. 3-4 years' Experience in clientsupport, resolving queries for both internal and external stakeholders, withsound knowledge of the Procurement function and processes. 3-4 years' Experiencein supporting stakeholders on procure-to-pay systems (Coupa). Knowledge of theend to end procurement process, with an understanding of the link between systemand process. Active Listening. Contact Centre Customer Relationship Management.Procurement Knowledge.
